Terms of Service
Last updated: March 1, 2026
Agreement
By using the Kaja website, joining our waitlist, or using our products and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or services.
Use of the service
You may use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in line with these terms. You may not misuse the service (e.g., attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with others’ use, or use the service to harm others or violate laws). We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these terms.
Accounts and waitlist
When you join our waitlist or create an account, you provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Early access and beta offerings may be subject to additional terms we communicate at the time.
Intellectual property
Kaja’s name, logo, website, and product are our property or our licensors’. Where we make code available under separate license terms, use of that code is governed by those licenses. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Beta and early access offerings may be incomplete or change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaja and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, to one hundred dollars).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a notice in the product).
