Kaja’s name, logo, website, and product are our property or our licensors’. Where we make code available under separate license terms, use of that code is governed by those licenses. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose, and we publish no uptime commitment. Features may change, and may be withdrawn, as the product develops.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kaja is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if nothing was paid, to one hundred dollars).
